Catfish fillet with mango and chilli pepper marinade

Ingredients: African catfish (Clarias Gariepinus) fillet (93%), marinade (7%)(vegetable rapeseed oil, vegetable oil (rape-seed, sal butter (Shorea Robusta) in different proportions), edible sea salt, sugar, spices (chilli pepper, onion, turmeric etc.), mango fruit powder, corn starch, flavourings (natural aromas).

Keep at temperatures from 0°C to +4°C. Best before the date specified on the packaging. Refrigerate when opened, must be used within 24 hours. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
