1. General Provisions

1.1. UAB Baisogalos Bioenergija (the “Company”) protects and respects the privacy of e-shop users (“Persons”).

1.2. Person – 1) a legally capable natural person, i.e. a person who has reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order; 2) a legal entity; 3) duly authorised representatives of all the above persons.

1.3. This Privacy Policy, together with the documents indicated in this Policy, provides the basis by which the Company collects, processes and stores personal data, which it collects about Persons or which are provided to the Company by the Persons themselves (the “Policy”). Individuals are requested to carefully read this Policy in order to understand the Company's attitude and practice regarding the Personal Data and how the Personal Data will be processed and stored.

1.4. This Policy applies to all Persons, including Persons who are not registered in the e-shop, insofar as this does not contradict the Purchase Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.5. Persons are considered to be familiar with this Policy when they complete the registration form or order form and indicate that they agree to the Terms of Use, comprising the integral part of this Policy.

1.6. Persons can perform purchase actions by registering at www.zuveja.lt, as well as without registering.

1.6.1. The Person who has not registered is required to provide the following personal data – full name, telephone number, e-mail address, mail delivery address. The Person is responsible for the correctness of their personal data.

1.6.2. Persons intending to sign at www.zuveja.lt must provide their e-mail address and the created Password. An Account is created during signup. In the account, the Person enters his own data – full name, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address, therefore he is solely responsible for the accuracy of this data. The Person is assigned a User ID. The person may at any time:

1.6.2.1. correct and/or fill in the personal data in the Account. The Person is responsible for the accuracy of the corrected and/or supplemented data;

1.7. UAB Baisogalos Bioenergija is considered to be the data controller for the purposes of the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, Lithuanian company, duly registered and operating in the Republic of Lithuania, number of legal entity 171663689, VAT payer number LT716636811, headquarters address Žalioji g. 9, Vainiūnai, LT-82293 Radviliškis district.

2. Information that the Company collects about persons

2.1. The Company may collect and process the following information about Persons:

(a)                 the information provided by the Persons when filling in the forms in this e-shop at www.zuveja.lt (the “Website”). This information includes the information provided when completing the registration form, when registering in the e-shop, placing an order, subscribing to the news, sending messages in the system, requesting additional services, or reporting e-shop malfunctions. The Company may also request the completion of certain forms in order for the Person to participate in contests, promotions and games organised by the Company;

(b)                 all correspondence between the Persons and the Company (both on the Website and by e-mail);

(c)                 data related to transactions concluded in the e-shop and execution of Personal orders;

(d)                 data on the history of browsing of persons in the e-shop and related data;

(e)                 IP addresses of Persons.

2.2. Personal data shall be collected and processed only in the cases provided for in paragraph 4, for the purposes provided for in paragraph 6 of the Policy.

2.3. Personal data related to e-commerce are stored for 2 (two) years from the date of the Person's last login to the e-shop system or the Person's last purchase on the Website.

2.4. The data of the Persons who submitted the query in the form specified on the Website shall be stored for 1 (one) year from the last action performed by the Person (sending the request, reply or other).

2.5. The retention period for personal data to be used for direct marketing purposes is 5 (five) years from the last connection to the e-shop system, and if the Person is not registered in the e-shop – 5 (five) years from the date of submission of such data.

3. Cookies

3.1. The Company uses cookies (Eng. Cookies) in the e-shop in order to separate the Persons from other users of the online shop. In this way, the Company can provide a more enjoyable experience for Persons browsing the e-shop and to improve the e-shop.

3.2. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the Person's browser or device with the Person's consent.

3.3. Cookies used in the Company's activities allow the Company to identify and count visitors, to see the actions of visitors in the e-shop, to improve the operation of the e-shop.

3.4. In order to use the content of www.zuveja.lt, the person confirms in the pop-up information window that he agrees with the use of cookies.

3.5. The Person can delete or block cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in their browser that allow them to refuse all or part of the cookies. Please note that when using browser settings that block cookies (including mandatory cookies), the Person may have problems using all or part of the e-shop functions.

4. Cases of personal data processing

Personal data may be processed if:

(a)                 The Person, using the Company's Website and/or the services provided by the Company, provides the Company with information about himself (except for the data processing actions that require the separate consent of the Person's subject);

(b)                 The Person gives a consent;

(c)                 A contract with the Company to which the Person is one of the parts, is concluded or executed;

(d)                 The aim is to protect the vital interests of Personal Data;

(e)                 Processing of them is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by Company or by a third party to whom the personal data are disclosed, unless such interests are overridden by interests of the Customer.

5. Personal data storage

5.1. All data provided by Persons are securely stored on the Company's servers. All payment transactions are encrypted. In the event that Passwords are provided to Persons (or when Persons choose them specifically), which enable the Persons to use certain features of the e-shop, the Persons are responsible for the confidentiality of passwords. The Company currently asks individuals not to disclose or share passwords with third parties.

5.2. If the Company has doubts about the correctness of the Personal Data provided by the Individuals, the Company has the right to suspend the processing of such Personal Data, to verify and correct these data.

5.3. Despite the Company making every reasonable effort to protect personal data, the Company cannot guarantee the secure the transfer of data to the e-shop. Any data transfer procedures are performed solely at the risk of Individuals. From the moment of receipt of data, the Company applies strict Personal Data protection procedures and technical and organizational measures for the protection from unauthorized access to the Personal Data.

6. Use of personal data

6.1. The Company uses personal data to:

(a)                 ensure that the content of the e-shop is presented in the most efficient and appropriate way for Persons;

(b)                 to provide the Persons with the information, goods or services that Persons wish or which could be of interest to Persons if the Persons have given their consents to be informed for this purpose;

(c)                 to be able to fulfil their obligations under contracts concluded with the Persons including, but not limited to, the provision of data of the Person and his representatives (whose consents the Person has received) to the Bank selected by the Company and the technical provider of the Bank's payment portal service for e-commerce, agreeing for the latter to process them. The Company informs that the Persons have the right to demand to restrict the processing of personal data performed by the Bank and the technical provider of the Payment Portal;

(d)                 to enable the Persons to use the interactive functions of the e-shop, if the Persons so request;

(e)                 to inform the Persons about changes in the services provided by the Company.

6.2.                the Company may send information related to the Company's goods and services by electronic means (e-mail) to the Persons who, at the time of sale of the goods or in a special form, have given their consent to the use of their data for marketing purposes. 6.3. The Company's offers will be sent by electronic means to Persons who have not provided their contact details at the time of sale of the goods only if the Persons have explicitly consented to such processing of their data.

6.4. The Persons may express their consent to receive the Company's offers as specified in paragraphs 6.2 and 6.3 of this Policy:

(a)                 by ticking the appropriate option at the time of ordering the Goods;

(b)                 by subscribing to the Company's newsletter.

7. Disclosure of information

7.1. The Company has the right to disclose Personal data to third parties when necessary to fulfil/deliver the Personal Order. Personal data is transferred to logistics companies selected by the Company (DPD, LPexpress, Omniva, Lietuvos Paštas) and banking institutions (AB Šiaulių bankas, Paysera LTD).

7.2. Personal data may be disclosed to state institutions in cases when required by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

8. Rights of Persons

8.1. The Persons have the right to contact the Company and refuse to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of direct marketing and marketing research. The Company informs the Persons (before collecting the data) about their possible use for direct marketing purposes or their possible disclosure to third parties.

8.2. 8.3. The Persons shall be entitled:

(a)                 to be informed about the processing of their personal data;

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., asking for information on the sources and the types of their Personal Data collected, the purpose they are processed, the recipients to which the data are provided within the last 1 (one) year.
