Crispy catfish fillet steaks

Ingredients

500 g ŽUVĖJA catfish fillet catfish fillet,

oatmeal,

instant oat flakes,

Panko breadcrumbs,

few tablespoons of oil.

Preparation

In an bowl, mix the oatmeal, flakes and Panko breadcrumbs in equal parts.

This amount will require a few tablespoons of these products. Briefly dip the striped ŽUVĖJA catfish fillet pieces in oil and roll in the prepared mix on all sides.

Bake in the oven for about 30 min.
